		<description>How tied is this to the Mark-to-Market issue?  My guess is that bank stress tests are radically altered when accountants are worried about the post-Enron environment where entire firms can be wiped out, while regulators and others are busy putting banks into risk by enforcing M2M.  Wouldn&#039;t stress testing be a non-issue if M2M were altered or taken away?</description>
