I enjoyed reading your blog. I'm a first generation college graduate too.
My dad left home when he was 12. Joined the Irish army at 13 by lying
about his age and made it into the American Army at 18 thanks to a
birth certificate from the Bronx New York. I'm his blue coat but I've
struggled with emotions...and dissidence. I work hard most of the time..
probably harder than most but I'm labeled as crazy; schizophrenic aka:(Chrisitianity with a capital Roman Catholic) is the
official term...it gets me 600.00 a month from the government. Not enough to raise my child
who they took away from me... which is killing me slowly and him too.
Its a tragedy. I'll never lose the stigma I'm aware of that now but I've
got to keep on going. The medicine they prescribed for me was navane...
created by hitlers men to control the dissidents. For all I know I have one
of those chips planted in my brain. I've got the scar and went through
the procedure but they don't tell you that when your under the knife and
your out cold. Another science experiment. But Jesus says my burden
is light and my yoke is easy. He also told me he's much more powerful
than the microchip planted in my brain and my ankle....you ought to see
my dental work...I used to short circuit the remote on our family tv.
I'm a walking time bomb..the ultimate military weapon to keep peace.
I trust in the Eucharist; thanksgiving; or I'd sink us all back down to
my little black box no bigger than an atom or at least myself. God takes
care of my responsibiliteis....I don't take care of myself....he's doing a
terrific job. More than I can say for my friends and family. Who needs
enemies...with a motley crew like them. Take care of yourself Karen...
Take care of yourself Karen. Thank you God for taking care of me.

I'm an economist too...I like that unintended consequences...we are
not unintended consequences. God doesn't make mistakes.

May Martin Luther rest in peace.
