		<description>Generally speaking, I don&#039;t think most people take government intrusion all that seriously until the discussion becomes about something personal like health care.  You always here the saying:  &quot;Rome wasn&#039;t built in a day.&quot;  Overly intrusive governments and international bodies are much the same.  Think snowball.

Maybe, the bankers in question deserve a pay cut, but that&#039;s really not for politicians and regulators to decide.  Certainly, ceding some level of control regarding domestic matters to a body of nations shouldn&#039;t be an option, and it&#039;s probably unconstitutional anyway.  Sadly, regard for the Constitution, which only enlists the federal government with certain powers, seems to have escaped quite a few elected officials.</description>
