Unfortunatly that's a pipe-dream. If you think that the Oil cartels will lower cost because they have their own product think again. The reality as shown through time and experience is that any cost to a company is passed to the consuumer and any gain or profit or benefit to the company is simply pocketed. Just because their costs decline does not translate to consumer savings. In fact, history prooves otherwise. It is time people woke up to the reality of life. Big Buisness does NOT care about you. The only time they exhibit care for the consumer is when it affects their bottomline. If government removed all tax from buisness, Big buisness would STILL raise your rates based on supposed "costs of doing buisness" increases. It would be nice if the sentiment expressed in the Bumper sticker were true but you have more chance being crowned King in the land of Oz than drilling equaling a savings for the consumer.
